The non-profit I am referring to is of course the Cascade Blues Association (CBA). The CBA is the Portland blues community’s first and only member-owned, member-
controlled, 100% financially transparent, 501(c)3 non-profit organization with 100% volunteer, democratically-
elected leadership, with regularly held community meetings open to the general public.
